En tant que Centre canadien pour des relations saines, PREVNet rassemble maintenant des chercheurs et des organismes nationaux afin de bâtir des activités de recherche, évaluer les problèmes de violence dans les fréquentations chez les jeunes et promouvoir des programmes fondés sur les preuves et des politiques efficaces au Canada pour aborder et réduire la violence dans les fréquentations chez les jeunes.
Grâce à 21 projets de recherche spécialisés et à un Comité consultatif national sur la jeunesse, PREVNet s’est donné le but d’éduquer le pays à propos de la violence dans les fréquentations chez les jeunes et ses effets associés nuisibles. Ensemble, nous pouvons promouvoir des relations saines, le respect, la responsabilité sociale et la citoyenneté chez nos jeunes.
